KVentis · Software / Apps / AI / Cloud / Video

We design and buildthe software yourbusiness runs on.

Internal tools, customer portals, mobile apps, SaaS products, APIs and automation — engineered by a senior team, shipped in two-week sprints, and supported after launch. Plus the video, VFX and social campaigns that put it in front of people. Fixed scope, agreed before we write code.

Stage 01 — Audit. Scope & risks. We map the workflow, the edge cases and the constraints, then hand you a written scope with a fixed quote.

02 — How we work
Audit to
production in
reviewed sprints.

No black-box development. You see a working build every two weeks, approve the architecture before code, and own everything we produce.

STEP 01

Technical audit & scoping

We review what you have, map the goal and the constraints, and hand you a written scope you can hold us to.

STEP 02

Architecture & design

Data model, interfaces and UI approved before implementation, so changes are cheap instead of expensive.

STEP 03

Build in sprints

Two-week sprints with a staging build you can click every cycle. Tests on the paths that matter.

Launch & support

We deploy with monitoring, backups and documentation, hand over access and code, and stay on call.

04 — How you can hire us

Four ways to work together. Pick what fits.

Some clients need a fixed quote for a defined tool. Others need a team sprint after sprint. We do both — and we tell you which one suits your situation.

Internal tools, portals, integrations

Fixed-scope project

A defined scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. Best when the requirements are clear and you want cost certainty — the quote is the quote.

MVPs, SaaS products, evolving apps

Sprint-based product build

A team working on your product in two-week sprints, against your priorities, with a staging build to review each cycle. Best for products that evolve as you learn.

Scaling an in-house team

Dedicated engineers

One or two senior engineers embedded in your existing team, working your process, your board and your standups. Best when you only need capacity, not a partner.

Keeping production healthy

Support retainer

Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and improvements on a monthly agreement with clear response times and a monthly health report. Best after launch.

05 — Our stack

Proven tools. No résumé-driven archaeology.

06 — Questions

Straight answers, no small print.

How do you price a project?
We quote a fixed price after a free technical audit, based on the scope we agree in writing. Larger products can be split into milestones. You approve the number before work starts and pay the same at the end — no hourly surprises.
How long does a build take?
A focused internal tool or portal usually reaches production in 4 to 8 weeks. Customer-facing apps typically run 8 to 14 weeks, and full SaaS platforms three months or more. We work in two-week sprints with a staging build you can review each cycle, so you are never waiting blind.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do — code, data, brand and IP. Everything lives in your repositories and accounts from day one, with documentation, so you are never locked to KVentis.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, gladly. We can sign your NDA before the first call, and we are happy to discuss architecture and data handling under it.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Often yes. We start with a technical audit and tell you honestly what is salvageable and what should be replaced. If a rewrite is the right call, we will say so and explain the reasoning and the cost.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every build includes a support window, and an optional monthly retainer covers monitoring, maintenance, fixes and improvements with agreed response times and a monthly health report.
